Traditional Medicinals: Organic Peppermint Tea
Peppermint has been shown to reduce digestive woes. If you’re suffering from IBS-like symptoms like gas, abdominal pain, and distention, peppermint tea may be worth a try! Be aware that it can exacerbate acid reflux though.

GoMacro Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
These bars are my absolute favorite protein bar. They only contain whole food ingredients and aren’t too sweet. I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of them. I’ve tried to recreate them myself but all my attempts have failed miserably. They are a little pricey, so I’ll definitely share a recipe if I can perfect it!

Traditional Medicinals: Ginger Aid Tea
Although it isn’t a foolproof way to completely get rid of nausea, many research trials have used ginger with good effects. It may also produce some beneficial pain relief, especially in people with frequent and severe menstrual cramps.

Blessed Chocolate Coconut
While I generally recommend getting most of your protein from whole food sources, protein powders can be a quick, and easy way to boost your protein intake when you don't have time to sit down and eat a meal. This is a super delicious pea protein powder. It also contains fermentable fibre (which is great unless you have a highly sensitive GI tract).

NuGo Dark Chocolate Pretzel Protein Bar
Let me just start by saying I don’t usually like pretzels. These protein bars are a little easier to find in grocery stores in my area, so I decided to give them a try. OMG – so good. They taste like a chocolate bar. I like these protein bars as a quick on-the-go snack on days where I don’t have time to prep and pack a snack.

Desktop Tablet/Phone Stand
Random, but it’s the stand you never knew you needed. This stand follows me everywhere in the house. If I’m cooking I use it for recipes or watching a YouTube video or Netflix show. If I’m on FaceTime it gives me the flexibility to use my hands for other things. If you’re a content creator, it’s also super helpful for filming a video on your phone while you’re standing up or sitting down.
